BTS’ Jungkook wishes Indian fans ‘Namaste’ while talking about his upcoming song, ARMY says ‘perfect accent’
BTS' Jungkook's agency recently announced the details of his upcoming solo single 'Seven.'
Popular boy band BTS’ Jungkook went live on Weverse to share details about his upcoming solo single Seven. Indian fans of the band were delighted when Jungkook read a comment and said ‘Namaste.’ He also mentioned that he had taken English lessons before the live session.
Fans on the internet were excited after Jungkook read a comment which said, ‘please say namaste.’ One of the fans said, “It’s the first Namaste I have found most adorable with perfect accent and it’s come from my beloved JungKook.” Another said, “Indian ARMYS we won again. Jungkook said namaste.”
BTS agency BigHit Music made the announcement and said, “Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We are pleased to inform you about the release of ‘Seven’, the solo digital single by BTS member Jung Kook. Seven is an invigorating ‘summer song’ that is sure to have you experience the full breadth of Jung Kook’s charm.”
They added, “We hope that Seven will bring your summer fun to the next level. As JungKook kicks off his official solo activities, we ask you to extend your utmost anticipation and support for his digital single and many other activities to come. Release Date: 1 PM, Friday, July 14, 2023.”
The 25-year-old singer has collaborated on projects like Dreamers, a song featured in the official soundtrack of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar. He has also contributed to Stay Alive, a theme song for the fantasy webtoon 7Fates: Chakho.
